  Sherri was amazing throughout the process. She provided regular updates and kept me informed throughout. We ran into a bit of a situation right before settlement, Sherri immediately took charge and got the issue resolved and made sure the transaction closed. Looking forward to working with her again!

  So I used this lender for a short sale purchase. I have been sitting at closing for the last 3 hours now because this lender has not provided me with the necessary paperwork to close. It’s been a six month process and they still don’t have it together. They never contacted me or updated me throughout this buying process. This has been by far the most unprofessional and worst buying experience I have ever had in my life. We have been at the closing table since 1200, it’s currently 1530 and they aren’t picking up their phones. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Update: it’s currently 1625 and we still don’t have the necessary documentation. My realtor is flabbergasted and as upset as I am. We provided everything they wanted, accepted the 25k change to closing cost that was never told to us until 40 minutes into closing and still don’t have what we need to close. The lack of professionalism from this company is astounding. Waste of time and all we hear are excuses and that they are sorry.
