  Absolute best experience!!. After working with 2 other companies trying to get a refinance with no communication and just frustration, Ed and his team came thru, right from the beginning. I submitted an online app and Ed called me immediately. He said 30 days and it was closed in 30 days. Everything went smooth, they kept us informed the whole way thru. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!! Thank you Ed, Brian and team!!

  Ed Moloney and the Equity Resources team was great in finding me a great rate, locking it and completing all the paperwork within a matter of days for the refinance of my current house. I have heard from some of my friends that some agencies ask for a premium fee for closing sooner .. nothing like that Ed and the Equity Resources team. Very happy to have worked with Ed and the Equity Resources team. Strongly recommended.
