  I have been doing business with this office for close to 30 yrs and they are amazing. They know how to help you achieve what you want and you leave their office feeling accomplished instead of confused! Michelle Evans helped me with my life insurance recently, and she explained every detail so I could understand it, not rushing me into a decision at all. She couldn’t have been more caring or professional. My agent Ed LaSyone also helped me with my IRA making it effortless on my part! I am so thankful for Ed and his Staff, they treat you like family!

  We have had a wonderful experience with this agent and his employees. I moved from out of state to Heber Springs last year, and Michelle C made it so easy for us to transfer everything.   A few months back I purchased a life insurance policy. Michelle Evans was very helpful. She explained in great details what all the policy included and made the whole experience easy. Anytime I’m in the office or call, employees are friendly, helpful and professional. You will not regret doing business with this office.

  For over 25 years we have trusted Ed LaSyone‘s State Farm office to handle all of our insurance needs. This includes many vehicles, life insurance policies, homeowners and rental policies. We love the personal contact with our local office. We always require face-to-face when dealing with any entity. Many friendships have blossomed over the years. Whether handling a claim or obtaining a new policy it has been handled rapidly and with a smile 😃. We refer to this office as our Family not just insurance workers. It has been a joy to work with Ed LaSyone’s State Farm, Heber Springs, AR office.
