  Would not allow deposit of another bank (cashiers check). Agreed to refund a fee after 60 days since they closed the account without notice. Asked for refund after 60 days and was told by management that’s against policy. Holds placed without notice. Very difficult bank to do business with. Feels like large corporate bank - definitely not a local bank.

  They say they can't do nothing about someone is changing on your account unless you call to cancel well I did that and they still charging it to my account after I cancel I will find another bank .

  Don’t waste your time on this bank! They’re electronic services are so out of date you’ll find your money being frozen for their use and you’ll have to manually enter every transaction into your accounting software. They’re so incompetent my first business deposit went into my personal account then I got stuck with the fees. Now they freeze my money until whatever time of day they get around to their manual entries so they can charge me fees. This is how they’re scamming money off the public. Management is rude and has no clue what good customer service is and that’s my I’m taking my money elsewhere. #ByeFelicia

  Ecusta CU staff are friendly and helpful. The online banking application works well to provide balance and transaction data for all my accounts and I can transfer money between savings and checking with a couple of clicks.

  I am having trouble understanding why a report of fraudulent charges posting and being removed is not immediate grounds to an investigation. Politing me to death is not the appropriate action.
