      Don’t sign up it’s a scam. It wouldn’t link any of my accounts I have AT&T internet and AT&T wireless. It gave me an error message that stated I should try again in 24 hours. 24 hours later I try to log in and it wouldn’t allow me to log in at all. There is no real customer service or tech support just a voicemail where no one will ever return you call. I’ll have to dispute the charges with my bank. Find another company do not use this one.

      I personally had an overall good experience -my credit score shot up 33 points in 3 days. I do however think there’s a couple things they should improve on. #1 making sure people are aware of the product they have & what it does. I spent 30 mins talking to a rep trying to clarify if I needed the money mgmt tools to boost my credit when my ecredable acct said they were already reporting. Plus I wasn’t interested in having to do a separate sign up for that. #2 they need to make sure phone reps are readily available. You call & get a voicemail or try to chat and get a VM. I got lucky & caught someone midday. #3 it needs to be clear how long the reporting takes to start! I waited cluelessly for 48 hours until a rep told me it will start the 3rd day. That’s why I was thinking I needed that extra stuff.

      Just got off chat with Mason. It was my second chat session of the day as I just joined eCredable and needed some guidance with account business information (a bit tricky due to my LLC location, registered agent address, business address, and home address). Once that was resolved I proceeded to add utility companies. The first was in eCredable's list of known companies. Still I had to re-enter access information and then it went through okay. Same for the 2nd utility - this time the company supposedly was sending a verification request to me and this paused eCredable's online verification process until I responded. This failed to work, so I went to the utility site and added "keep me logged in" and it was verified. The 3rd utility was not on the list and the process was easy enough to enter the company information. I went through the process and paid the $19.95 charge for manual verification but wondered if it had actually gone through OK since I received a charge card receipt of payment but no acknowledgment of the actual verification. So I re-contacted Mason who checked and said yes, the verification is in process. He also gave me instructions on how to check for previously submitted verifications. All in all it is a great help to have online chat available and I recommend it highly. I give Mason and eCredable an "A" for effort!

      I was very happy with my experience with ecredable, my credit score went up 93 points! I had a small issue at the end but it was resolved quickly in one phone call.

      Very frustrated. Just signed up and ALREADY having issues with not being able to link accounts. Becareful with these rinky dink credit companies that have horrible customer service. How are yall even in business operating like this??!!

      I signed up for eCredable 1 year ago and I had no credit file. A year later, my credit score is 745. I'm so grateful for this service, and can't recommend this service enough.

      Love using ecredible for business makes it simple to add accounts just in case some aren’t reporting any problems I have gets handle and fixed with a simple email to support it’s not perfect but what is and there price are way better than other companies 9/10 highly recommend

      Unable to link accounts, also unable to reset my password, tried multiple times to reset my password and waited several days... and counting for a link to help me reset. I do not recommend this app.

      I've been a customer for almost a month and I've yet to have a call answered or returned. Horrible customer service. And I believe they've reported some account information inaccurately. If the service isn't going to help, I'd at least expect them not to make things worse.

      very frustrating! Although several of my online accounts are listed on their site, the system only allows me to link my phone provider. Error messges populate stating my "credentials are incorrect". I am able to login to all of my online accounts using the same credentials and have even changed the passwords. No one answers the phone and there is no live person on the webchat.They have someone to respond to the reviews on google but noone to assit you with your account. Not sure about this company as of now. I will give it another day for someone to contact me then I'll just dispute the charge with my bank and get my money back.
