  Whatever you do, especially if you're a single mother and grandmother trying to survive and make ends meet, try not to go to this place. I was late and called to make payment arrangements with a Miss Chantell or Chantall, not sure how she spells her name, but it was at the office on Arnould Blvd. in Lafayette, La.and she seemed so nice and concerned and willing to help that I stupidly made a $100 payment with her over the phone. Well she later used my debit card info, which I did not know she was storing, to debit my account for the whole balance owed. Leaving me to struggle trying to feed my kids for the month on $51, which was all I had left after she stole my money. I called and she didn't have the guts to talk to me. She made the other girl tell me that when someone uses their debit card that they have the right to debit for the entire balance owed whenever they see fit. So my warning to everyone struggling is : DON'T GO TO EASY MONEY EMG IF YOU CAN HELP IT. AND IF YOU HAVE TO GO THERE: PLEASE DON'T USE YOUR DEBIT CARD. BECAUSE THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CARD INFO AND USE IT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.
