  If I could leave a negative review for Easy Money Northport I would this place has absolutely no care for their customers what so ever. Someone was paying off an account in FULL, they had all proper legal documentation for them to release the title and the store refused to do so. They wanted the new owner to bring the previous owner up there before they would release it, which in normal circumstances while annoying is doable. In this circumstance the previous owner is unable to leave home and travel due to severe medical issues. We called corporate and a Birmingham branch and this was explained to EVERY person we spoke with and there was just no care or sympathy for this family who is just trying to take care of a sick family members affairs. When trying to speak with a supervisor or someone who could help with the situation corporate hung up on us more than 2 times, transferred us more than 6, and then refused to let us talk to a supervisor. This company as a whole needs to DO BETTTER and BE BETTER!!!!

  I love the manager here. The staff and everyone here had been so friendly I would recommend them to anyone. They always work with me every time. They Cash checks, give money orders, and I can get a loan. They really helped me out.

  I absolutely love this store!!!! There are several near me but I travel over 50 miles to come see the manager and staff here. They are the most friendly and helpful group that I have come in contact with. Keep them happy so I can continue to see smiling faces when I am in need.

  Drive thru lady was very rude. She had a line of cars waiting and she just stood around taking her time. I sat at the window for at least 10 minutes before she helped me. There was other ladies inside who were not busy who didn’t even try to help me.

  The customer service here cound be a lot better, no reason for me to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes.

  I just left this location and the young lady was so nice and helpful I would recommend easy money in northport to everyone. Will be back next week!!!!!!!

  The employee I dealt with was rude, disrespectful and lacked professionalism. I'II NEVER do business there again!
