  Dave is always very helpful and SUPER quick to reply. I've had my past 3 auto loans with him and I've never had issues. Only downfall is not being able to directly manually pay your bill online, but Dave figured out a workaround to solve this issue. He also modified my loans due date to make more sense in my situation, that way I'm not paying rent and my car payment on the same day, to help me balance out my finances. I'd highly recommend going here, as I will always.

  Do Not, I repeat, do not, bank with this credit union! They are full of it, and they do not care about their customers. They pull your credit when you apply for a loan, and don’t notify you, they don’t offer overdraft protection, they mislead and lie to customers, and they will tell you one thing over the phone, and it’s another. I have just had the worst customer service experience with this credit union, and I will no longer be a member, or recommend them to anyone! If your looking for a credible credit union, go somewhere else, because they are not it!

  I am sorry you feel this way Cherelle and that we were unable to meet your needs. When signing the loan application, it does state that you authorize the credit union to pull your credit report. We do offer overdraft protection as long as certain stipulations are met.

  I have been a member for many years. The staff is a wonderful group of people. They are willing to help, knowledgeable and friendly. The management staff go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and your needs are met!
