  Greeneville Eastman Credit Union employees are the friendliest, most professional people I've ever banked with. Drive thru employees are so nice and sweet. Some even address me by name without even seeing my bank ID making it a nice personal experience ! I have no .issues or bad experiences with them at all.

  Easily open a checking and savings acct. They also have a 3% on their savings acct. They will issue a debit card the same day. The drive through will take a few minutes to get through on a busy day. Great customer service and friendly staff that will help answer any and all questions about banking and savings. They offer loans for just about anything. In my opinion and others in Greeneville ECU is the best bank we have had in years!! So open your acct there today! You will be glad you did 😌

  I would leave 0 stars if possible. This bank was helpful while I was in a rough spot. Now my credit is terrible because I chose my own bank. I do not like how they operate one bit. If you are poor, they will show mercy until they do not like you. Please look into safer banks!

  I truly appreciated Mariah today. Also the tellers where so kind up front. I switched banks from Florida. My Florida bank made it so hard where Mariah made easy work of my requests! She was personable and friendly. So happy with my decision to use Eastman credit union !

  Take cash to make a payment. Apparently they don’t accept debit cards nor do they have an ATM. Waste of time and gas to even make an attempt. Also, they need to space the ECU banks farther apart; branch off into Morristown-White Pine-Newport.

  What a joke, unless you want to spend a couple of hours sitting in the drive thru, then avoid if you can. Every other bank is getting customers in and out quick, but ECU is putting their slow employees who do not care working the windows while the rest are standing around talking. Canceled my account and went across the street. Ridiculous.

  I Am disabled And still waiting for my monthly Check due to Eastman Credit Union Employee typing an extra "0" in my bank account number. I don't know when I'll get my check!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I've been banking at another place in Greeneville I went to Eastman because of poor. Service at this other bank they have been great , I would recommend this bank they will bend over backwards to help you and I don't even know them that good yet....great bank im glad there here im getting ready to transfer all my account there thanks eastman...

  Make it near impossible to pay my car loan since I don't bank with them. Charge a cash advance fee to use a DEBIT CARD and can't link card on app to pay. Ya I'm ready to pay it off and be done.

  I had previously given ECU a terrible rating. However, I have amended my position, because I asked ECU to help with a problem that family member had coming into the credit union. They immediately reached out and helped to be sure we got excellent service! Thank you, ECU! Sorry, I jumped to rate too fast before I had all of the information.
