  So often dealing with a bank I feel like I’m just a number or maybe I’m not being treated right because of the color of my skin but NOT with “SARAH SHELTON”. I want to thank “ SARAH SHELTON” for her excellent customer service, the constant “can do” approach to satisfy my customer needs expeditiously , great communication skills. I want Eastman Credit Union to know how much I appreciate the excellent service. With the experience I had with Sarah I plan on bringing all my personal and business accounts over ECU, along with all my family, friends, and coworkers.

  Very friendly and professional. I had some fraudulent charges on my account and they refunded my money within 24 hours. A great place to bank

  Ever lender I have delt with has not put any priority on serving me. Everytime I ask what we need to do, I get told our file will get reviewed and I get no respone. This has put us back on closing on our property if I could do it over again I will never use Eastman!
