  I had a very poor customer service experience at THIS branch. There was only one other customer and I still waited 15 minutes. I was not even being acknowledged as being there. Two managers shot the breeze and talked about personal lives in front of me. The teller never said a word. I was doing a simple withdrawal. I have an account with Chase down the road and have never had that experIence even when they are busy. Someone needs a refresher on customer service!

  Moved my business account over to Eastern Michigan Bank and I am very impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness. Wendy, the manager was amazing. It is so good to be back at a small town bank and not be just a number.

  They take very good care of our business account. The employees are all very friendly and the bank definitely gives you a community feel. I have referred several business owners and several individuals and that one person has ever been disappointed with the service that they receive. I highly recommend Eastern Michigan Bank!

  Why is it that banks have so much money yet they can't issue me a card as soon as I open up an account. You just lost an account. Bravo

  We understand your frustration. Like a lot of banks, we rely on outside vendors to print and mail our debit cards for us. We are however, looking at solutions to enable us to issue cards more quickly and hope you will still consider us for your future banking needs.
