  Lester and Chuck get it right. They take the time to make sure their clients understand how their loan will work, refer their clients to the people that know the trade and take care of their needs and address their concerns. I've dealt with plenty of loan officers in my day, many very good, but none have made my customers blush with excitement and confidence like the team at Blue Water Home Loans. If you ask where I'll be going for my next mortgae or home equity loan/line of credit; it's right here.

  Whole process started out fine, we were all set up for a VA loan through the company, and then a financial issue arose. We tried getting a straight answer out of Lester, but he was very unprofessional, and would only call my husband when something came up. (I never once spoke to Lester on the phone, only his assistant). The only helpful person to us was his assistant Angela. Come to find out later, that Lester was going behind our back and telling the agent of a previous house we had a pending offer on, details and statements that he should not have been, creating a difficult relationship between us and the seller and his agent. Will not be using this business ever again, and will not be recommending them to anyone. Very unprofessional.
