      I visit this branch on a weekly basis. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and professional. This is a very good bank. I highly recommend.

      Nothing but problems for 5 years. The tellers were cashing checks on my account that didn't belong in my account. Lost my debit card and they refused to issue me a new card with my name on it as it had been in the past. Put something else on it entirely. No business name was allowed on a business acount debit card. Had to withdraw my business from them and go to another bank. Enterprise bank got it correct the first time. Poor customer service. Do not use eastern bank

      30 years a member, wont let me open a business checking account. Ebay and Amazon sales apparently is a Pawnshop. No. Pawnshop is loans. Ebay and Amazon is Direct Sales. 30 years for nothing. Lost out on EDIL and PPP. Great banking guys, going elsewhere i suggest you do too. all over opening a checking, not a loan.

      Good bank been having them for 3 years now and no problems.. fee is good checking and savings account is good too good staff too.
