  Rita was very nice over the phone on a Sunday when the call center is closed. This branch is open on a Sunday. I had to verify something the last minute for taxes. Rates are ultra low though.

  Bank no longer accepts wire transfers on weekends. New policy to inconvenient customers. There are many competitor banks that will provide better service with clients in mind, so buh-bye East West!

  Be aware! The tellers there would try to make everything complicated to embarrassed customers. I have a bank account with this bank and just want to cash some coins. They asked me to deposit those coins first then withdraw from my account. Ridiculous service! Waste my time!

  This branch is great. They are professional, friendly, helpful. They are attention to details that genuinely care what you need. Ann and Stella are the one to go to here. Keep it up.
