  I love all of the ladies who work here! They go above and beyond to help me (and my whole family) with anything they need. Anytime I walk through the door, I feel like I’m at home. So glad I found EICU!

  Unbelievable! They won’t do cashiers or money orders unless you have an account with them…even if you’re a member of their sister branches

  I'll be the odd man out here. Moved to Arco, opened an account. After about 2 and a half weeks I received a much anticipated withdrawal from my 401k. I got my wife and took the check to the credit union to deposit. We'll the nice lady manager came to our assistance, looked at the check, had me sign it then snatched it out of my hands and said,"oh, this is a new account, there's going to be a 10 business day hold on your account. " No way around it, it's "the system, out of my hands, can't do anything about it and oh by the way, it's all in the 20 or so pages of fine print on your account documents. So, here we are very much high and dry waiting anxiously for the 27th. I'm swearing if I do keep this account it will be for nothing more than Petty cash, thank you very much.
