  Peggy is amazing, she was recommended to me after my bank mortgage department had made a total mess of my mortgage. In 19 days Peggy was able to organize, resubmit, get us a new mortgage (500 dollars less per month) and get us closed with no hiccups or headaches.   Peggy Hornick is AMAZING! Even the attorney who did our closing said he had never known a lender to have everything ready a week in advance. Peggy processes her own loans and is extremely efficient even though she is always available to answer questions on the phone or chat on line. When we first started working on my loan, she got back to me with quotes and options (I wanted to roll in some remodeling costs) within a couple of hours. She treats you as though you're her only client and your loan is her highest priority. The best thing is she follows thru and makes sure everything goes smoothly thru the entire loan process. Then, she came to our closing with a lovely orchid for our new home. I recommend Peggy Hornick at East Coast mortgage to all my real estate clients now as well as to family and friends. She is very knowledgeable and asked for things in advance that she knew the underwriter would want...which kept us ahead of the curve.
