  I am not a customer, however my son is, and l really honestly think it is very unprofessional and unethical to private message me on my Facebook page to try and get ahold of him!!! I am guessing your company does not have a policy in place for this practice, however l do believe the CFPB would LOVE to know about it!! Just do better people

  Lori is rude as heck.. calling constantly calling employers and references back to back. If not in there on the day you say you get constant text they don’t give you enough time to get off work and get to their place.. I’ll never ever do business here again absolutely ridiculous place especially Lori. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone

  Unless you have perfect credit they wont help you. One would think with high income and barely any bills during the time of covid-19 they would be eager to help and keep their bussiness afloat but nope. So if you have perfect credit and need a loan go to a bank. Saves you intrest and fees. If your trying to build credit do something diffrent cause these people will not help you

  Tail Buster, since we have not had a person apply with that name, I am unsure of exactly who you are. I can however look at the denied applications and determine that the people that we were not able to help today (2 of them) only one was for extremely bad credit. When I say extremely, I mean never paid anyone at any time in the history of ever. You are correct in your assessment that it is difficult for people with bad credit to obtain financing from anyone. Credit is an extremely important asset and must be guarded closely. Also, if the person has a very high income and barely any bills, why would they need to borrow money? Would it not be a good decision to not create debt unless it was absolutely necessary? Hope your situation improves, have a great day.

  Rudest people I have ever meet in my life!! Never do business with these people! Even though I am caught with my payments, they just keep calling and asking about the next payment!

  Heather, I think there was a misunderstanding. I spoke with you about this and thought that you understood that the issue in May had not been resolved. Your statement above is not exactly correct.   Hateful people, God forbid you are a few days late with payment. You better have phone attached to you if you are because if you don't answer when they call, they do not give you time to return the call. They immediately start calling your contacts.

  I was there today and my daughter asked for a sucker and the lady at the back desk was very rude to my six-year-old I guarantee you I would never use these people for any kind of services and this place needs to be shut down

  The people at this business are extremely rude and will call your employer and harass them and insult their business.
