  Jake is the best to work with! He has done two home loans for my family and he made the process so easy. Loans can be stressful, but we never felt that way. He handled everything and was available to help with any questions. He wanted us to have the best experience and he did just that!

  When you have two weeks to find a new home — in a different state, because of work, there is absolutely no time afforded to waste. Thank goodness we received a referral for Jake Arey at Eagle Bank. Our previous lender was taking a bit more time getting all of our paperwork finalized, and we had to submit the same documents more than once. In the meantime, my wife’s frustration level had reached its peak. My wife and I were able to find a home that would fit our needs, and Jake got straight to work. From that day, to having keys in our hands, was like a flash of lightening! We closed on the house, and my wife even had a day in which she could just relax before beginning work at her new job. Due to my wife’s job, we may need to do this again. You’d better bet that Jake will be the first person we reach out to. Just want to say, “Thank you, Jake!” We have a beautiful home, in a beautiful area with a beautiful interest rate! Keep up the good work.

  Jake is wonderful at his job! When I don’t know something, (which is frequent) I call or text Jake and he is happy to explain everything to me so that I understand. I cannot stress enough how sweet and patient he is. I ask a lot of questions and he’s always nice! I feel that Jake goes above and beyond for me and he is very much appreciated.

  Jake was outstanding during the entire loan process. He even called us back from the hospital his wife was in on a Friday evening, when he really didn't have to. Anything that came up, he was all over, and resolved problems and answered any questions we had same day. I was having issues with another bank and getting the information required for our home loan to go through, and he had a contact there and took care of it directly without any intervention on my part.
