  The people here are absolutely terrible. They make a man go through the hoops, tell him he's a great fit and then sweep the rug from under him. That's my experience. And guess what? It's always the same thing. Only whites allowed.

  Both tellers in the drive thru on a Saturday morning we're surprisingly uncourteous. In fact they were downright rude. Jaw dropping rude. A little seminar on customer service and I big dose of self control should be ordered.

  I had a dispute with AliExpress where I ordered a product using my Centrist checking account. of and didn't receive it. I placed a dispute with AliExpress to no avail. I scheduled a phone appointment with centrist they didn't call back in 5 hour time frame. I went to drive thru to schedule a phone call back. They didn't. Call. I called a rep let me go through the whole story instead of the rep saying I not trained on helping with that. He said stay on hold or I schedule a callback.Bank elsewhere. I

  I've generally had good experiences with Centris, but this particular branch has unfortunately caused me a headache that merits a one star review. I lost my debit card, so I went in to withdraw cash and put in a request for a new debit card. I waited for a week before I went into this branch to withdraw more cash and check on the progress of my debit card order. It turned out the teller never actually put in my request for a new debit card. This means my lost debit card had never been deactivated, in addition to the fact that I was unable to pay my monthly bills. I then put in another request and made sure the address it was being sent to was correct as I had recently moved. The teller (a different one this time) said she was sorry and she would put a rush on the new debit card order. A week passed, and I called the Centris customer service line to check on the status of that order. It turned out that it was going to be sent to straight to the bank because "didn't have time to put in the address". I never got so much as a call about this change. Without a debit card I can only withdraw money while the lobby is open so I've spent three weeks having to make a trip to Centris every time I run out of the $50 I would withdraw, thinking my debit card would arrive any day. Needless to say, I still don't have my debit card. I would not recommend going to this branch for anything important.

  The online app service use to be decent till 4 months ago when they switched their old online app system to a new one. You can't get online whenever you want like before. It takes way to long for 1 window to get to the next. Many times the app system says "Try again later". You're lucky if you're even able to look at your accounts info online now. Very disappointing ...... A little bit after those online problems began, I started using an account at a different bank with quick & efficient online service (like Centris had before they changed there system).

  I’ve only had my account for a few weeks and am already disappointed in this bank. When I set up my account, I specifically said I wanted to order checks and was told that the first box is free and she confirmed that they were ordered, and would arrive in the next 10 business days. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and no checks, so I called the bank only to find out she never ordered them, so now I have to wait again. It’s very frustrating when a company makes a promise and then fail to follow through. Worries me to keep an account here and future issues. At this point I’m so upset I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

  My 23 year old son was able to apply for a car loan and got approved quickly from Centris. We spent maybe 15 minutes with paperwork and was out the door to get the car. A great experience from Brian and Jose. Cheers to both.

  This location is ridiculous. Poor customer service. I waited almost a hour for my lost debit card. Everyone was cutting ahead of me. Come to find out they forgot to schedule me in the computer to be seen. I'll be switching financial institutions.

  Their always so understanding and help full. When my card got stolen i had a new one in the mail like three days later . glad i bank at centris

  Worst banking experience ever. They treat you like crap and say sorry in a tone similar to that of a child being forced to apologize for something they don't understand.
