  They offered to pay me 5-25 dollars for a 300 laptop. Everytime I've tried to pawn an expensive peice of technology they have the WORST offer yet they are charging regular prices. Scammers Not to mention their attitudes. The old white lady is so rude it's like she doesn't even want the business. Not sure how they're still open.

  Never come too this pawn shop! The old White lady gone low ball you on everything you try to sell. She try to find the lowest price item on eBay and say that’s what she can offer u. Also she just be plan out lying about everything and she rude .

  Was looking to purchase a tv, they claim to not accept TVs without remotes but every tv we inquired about seemed to not have a remote. Although the black lady was very helpful, the older lady in there was absolutely rude with no understanding of customer service. My boyfriend was picking out the one he wanted but after hearing her rude comments I told him let’s go, I refuse to spend our money with people who don’t appreciate their customers

  The only reason I gave this joke of a business one star is for writing my review, otherwise, it would receive "ZERO" stars. Poor customer service from the clerks, especially from the "Aunt Jemima" clerk they employ. They act like they're doing you a favor by answering any questions you have, the only reason this place even exist is to take advantage of the many disenfranchised who reside in the area (Riverhood)...

  I would give it no stars because not only did i waste my money on something that didn't work,they have a 24 hour warranty for exchanges. So I can't even exchange it and they got my money. She wouldn't even give me corporate info. Said it was personal information. Don't stop here because they don't test product.

  Went in with the intention to spend money. Once in there my husband and myself quickly realized the attitude was as if we sold her the items that Didnt work which we would have purchased at a reasonable price of reconditioning No good recomendation from us truly the last visit.
