  I reached out to Debra Mitchell from dynasty financial, a family member they said she could help me get my first home & that she was awesome.So I told her I rent the home I'm trying to buy she said ok & boy tell ya she started to ask for documents & statements & what to do & referred me to a great inspector & a great appraiser. She is really on the ball a No nonsense worker I appreciated her keeping me engaged on the process this was my first home & she made it delightful.   Dynasty Financial Consulting team was amazing. I found my home on a Saturday which when I called Mrs. Mitchell answered the phone. She began working with me that day.   If there was a way for me to add 100 stars I would! Words can not encapsulate the way I was treated by Mrs Deborah and her team. From the moment she received my file (which was denied by another lender), she went into attack mode to figure out how to get me approved at the best number. Dynasty Financial laid out a game plan for me to not only be approved but be approved for substantially less! I was treated like family and the warmth and encouraging words that was shared with me not only got me through when I wanted to give up but helped me become stronger in my faith.   Dynasty Financial, Great Company to obtain mortgages and refy's from. Personally, I've been working with it's Owner/CEO for years. We have closed a ton of loans, some easy and some difficult but they get the job done. I have many satisfied clients and i happened to be one of them. The best attribute is there is no loan too big or too small for Dynasty and they all get the same treatment from Application to Close. I highly recommend, they welcome all challenges.
