  If you're looking to purchase or refinance a home, or even get preliminary information about financing, Dustin NEEDS TO BE your first call. Please utilize this review as your vote of confidence. I have helped over 1,000 clients in the San Diego and Los Angeles Real Estate market buy/sell/trade or invest into Real Estate since 2013. In doing so, I've learned a lot about what makes a fantastic service provider, and more specifically, a lender. Dustin is at the top of my list. He is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, hard working, and super fun to work with. I'll share a few examples... 1. Dustin recently solved a super challenging financing need where 3 other banks have previously turned down a client. This was someone with a sizeable income and great credit, but they were self-employed and had a funky tax situation. Everyone else said it was impossible and Dustin figured it out. This individual is now loving life in his new home! 2. Dustin was helping past clients of mine who wasn't quite ready yet to purchase as they had recently changed employers. Instead of kicking them to the curb and merely saying call me back next year, Dustin helped put a plan in place for them to get ready for their eventual purchase. This helped them get into a new home 6 months earlier than originally anticipated. In an ascending market like Southern California, this already has put $30,000 in equity into their net worth column. HUGE! 3. Dustin works hard... I've received pre-approvals / updates for clients well past midnight as he is that dedicated to his craft. Most lenders will wait until the next day (OR MORE) only to the detriment of their clients. This additional hustle could mean the difference between landing a dream home, or even closing escrow on time/ahead of schedule rather than days or weeks later and having to re-organize moving trucks and movers. This timing issues are CO$TLY. Behind Dustin, you also have an incredible team over at RWM Home Loans. They have the best rates in town, while providing white glove service. You typically will find lenders with bad rates and good service, or good rates and horrible service. I don't know why but it's always one or the other or even worse, neither! With Dustin and his team, you get the best of both worlds. It's a gift. Take advantage of it and give him a call. My last words of advice... If you're looking to purchase or refinance, I think you would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not giving Dustin and his team at RWM a call. The big banks (wells/chase/citi etc) are going to be limited on their loan products, and have extremely slow servicing times. Especially if you're purchasing, you're very likely to lose out on your offer because you submitted an offer with a 30+ day close of escrow. These big banks are cumbersome. If you're considering another mortgage broker or even worse an online nationwide lender, buyer beware. Not all "advertised" rates are really what you get. Sadly, way too many homebuyers & homeowners doing refi's find out too late in the game that their actual rates aren't as low as they thought they were. Just give Dustin a call, you'll be so happy you did! (that's the end of my sales pitch - but seriously though, it makes a huge difference) Thank you Dustin for all that you do.

  Never have I been more excited to write a review... Dustin was AMAZING throughout my entire home buying process. I recently purchased my first home and Dustin was so helpful and communicative the whole time. Any questions I had, he was able to answer in detail very promptly...and I had quite a few of them! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance. In fact, I already have! Dustin has helped my parents refinance as well as my boyfriend. Thanks again!!

  I recently worked with Dustin on a purchase transaction and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He educated us on all options available, kept in constant communication, answered all questions quickly, and was ready to close ahead of schedule on tight time frames.   Everyone should be a little more like Dustin! Dustin made the process so easy for us. He is perfectly professional, respectful, and personable. We’ve never had such an enjoyable refinance experience. Submitting the documents was a breeze and Dustin was great to communicate with. He always picked up our calls, was quick to respond to texts and emails, and had all the answers to all our questions. 10/10 would refi again!

  Dustin was absolutely amazing as we went through the process of securing a loan for our first home! His communication level is off the charts and his thoroughness of explaining the process was excellent. If I sent him a question by text or email, it was always with in minutes that I had response. I truly felt taken care of as went through this process which could be a bit intense at times!
