  Dustin Liptak and Family First Funding made the difficult home buying experience an easy one. Dustin was great throughout the entire process. His customer service was superb and he was very responsive to any questions or concerns. If I had any questions, Dustin would take the time to simplify and explain things to me to make sure I had a clear understanding. He seems to genuinely care about his clients. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Dustin Liptak and Family First Funding.

  My wife and I used Dustin as our loan officer for buying our first home in NY. Dustin made a seemingly difficult process very easy. We contacted him prior to doing the pre-approval, just to make sure it was the right time, he told us all about how long it's good for and the time frame we should expect to have everything done from pre-approval to closing. He gave us step by step directions of how to continue most efficiently. Any question we threw his way (different types of loans, what if we lost our job due to covid, etc.) And he was able to answer them all. Due to covid, we weren't able to meet with Dustin in person, but his communication through email and over the phone was very timely and professional. He always made sure to work to our schedule and was responsive at all times. He kept us in the loop with how the market was doing and where the interest rates were headed. He coached us and recommended when locking the rate was a good idea. And it came out lower than expected!!! I'd recommend going with Dustin and his Family First Funding team over the big loan corporations because of the ease of communication and the personalized service. It never felt like I was talking with a robot or someone reading off a script I'd recommend any of my family or friends to Dustin for their home purchase!
