Eva Woods1Was locating for a local bank. But they want you to bank around there time and not around your own. So I guess they are not a good fit to bank with. And it was a waste of taking part of the work day off to try and open a saving’s account thru. And there response had no follow up. Saying there digital way to sign up. No I had questions and they where not being answered online if have to do all or most of my banking digitally I can keep my out of state bank. Local bank should be local not mostly digital.. Zero Stars

Dave Vilicka4Had the worse loan application process ever. After they learned it was for a motor cycle, they did not value my business or time. I kept getting a run around about my loan. I went to another bank where my business and time was valued. I suggest to stay away from this credit union. Edit. This was a one star review, now gets a 4. Only gets a 4 because of what I had to go though at first. After leaving the one star review the credit union called. I explained to a manager what happened, the manager apologized for what happened and correct everything. I currently have my motor cycle loan with DuPage CU.

Christine Lamourie5I have been a customer for 3 years and love working with them. I love their low rates!!! I have great credit yet still no one else has been able to match the rates I have gotten from DuPage Credit Union! I am 48 years old and have gone through the process of buying houses and cars many times over, but have never had it be as smooth a process as it was with them. Over the years, my husband and I have financed our home and 3 cars with them. Each time the process was pleasant and the paperwork was always ready and waiting for us when we showed up to sign. I have never had any issues or problems when I've called or gone into the lobby. I have always had a pleasant experience when dealing with the employees at this location AND at the other locations too. I will continue to do business with them for as long as I am a resident of DuPage! I love knowing that they have saved me thousands of dollars by giving me the lowest rates! Most people probably don't realize how much they save by getting low rates, but I'm an Accountant and see it in black and white when I do my comparative analysis spreadsheets. So...all I have to say to DuPage Credit Union is - THANKS!

Rakesh Jain1Welcome to Dupage CU branch at Naperville!!! 25 minute just to deposit cash and that too when I was the only customer in branch!!! Walked in this afternoon to deposit cash, found both tellers busy assisting customers at drive through window. No acknowledge or whatsoever even after standing there for good 10 minutes. After 10 minutes one teller said "be right with you" but another 5 minutes passed, no one came to help! Finally she came and directed me to fill shared branch transaction slip. By the time I came with filled slip in less than 1 minute, she already disappeared and I found her again at drive through window and second teller was not at all visible. Again good 10 minutes passed and suddenly 3 tellers appeared from nowhere as if they were just hired off the street to help customers since now there were 4 customers in line including me! I never had such terrible experience in my past 5 years association with Credit Union, that to just deposit/withdraw cash in branch. Usually I found it takes less than 5 minutes to complete transaction in any other branches of shared CU unless there is long queue. Good luck guys and keep spare time in mind when you do visit here!!

Randy Foege5Been banking here since like forever! (more than 15 years). The employees are ALWAYS pleasant. Their web services are sometimes a heartbeat behind cutting edge but get this...When I have complained to their IT person that talks to customers, they listen and ACTUALLY have improved their online stuff pretty quickly. Try that at a giant bank.

Michael Markle5I made a payment in an incorrect amount. This reflected as an an incomplete payment. The system reported this the credit bureau automatically reflecting on my credit score. Vicky (a national treasure) from DuPage Credit Union fixed my payment AND updated the issue with the credit reporting agency fixing my score.

Grimmyr5Excellent place for college students to open an account. I recommend it to other students strapped for cash, as you only need 5 dollars in the savings to keep your account open, and there are no fees unless you accidentally take out more than you have. Good service, no hassles.

Robert V2I have spoken with DPCU multiple times. There is only one person that is actually pleasant to speak with. Every other time I have spoken to somebody, they were rude and downright ignorant to speak with. I returned a phone call to the DPCU after receiving a voice mail with a question that they had for me. When I called back, the woman I spoke with made it seem like I was disrupting her. Sorry for giving you my business! I will take it elsewhere...
