  I wanted to thank Cecilia for helping me with my first home buying experience. I was completely new to everything (terminology and all) and Cecilia was extremely patient and kind while explaining in detail everything I needed to know. I’m sure I had some very newbie questions but she answered them all and walked me through the entire process till the end. Cecilia and Dawn made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole (adulting) process. Can’t thank them enough! Couldn’t have done it without them!

  Overall my experience with DSLD was very good. Our loan office Kelly Berns was fantastic. Great communication and always responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that we started with a mortgage rep who ended up leaving and passed our account on to another rep who, also, ended up leaving and passed the account to Kolby Graham, who was fantastic as well. If we got Kolby from the get go, this review would be 5 stars.
