  Jana Carlisle with Drummond Bank from Williston FL provided me the best concierge banking experience possible in my opinion. I don’t not share my opinion publicly about anything but this was extremely worthy. Jana made the process seamless for me while working around my busy schedule to get what I needed done in a timely and user efficient manner. Honestly the best banking experience of my life.

  I’ve been with Drummond Community bank for 17 years +. Excellent customer service always and Specially John who has so many times helped me with my online banking. He is awesome. He has always, always been extremely efficient and is worthy of much praise all around. Drummond Bank should be proud to have him.

  I've had a mortgage at this bank for 20 years. Being self employed for most of this time they've really worked with me over the years. Great people and very understanding if you want a local bank that cares and knows your name give them a try you won't be disappointed.

  This is the most unhelpful, disrespectful branch of any bank I have ever been to. I’m closing all my accounts at this bank just so I don’t have to come back and deal with them ever again.
