  This company isn't even on the better business bureau I'm trying to look them up for a solid year I've been paying this loan company which is a business loan that's reporting on my personal credit report and everything from the account number to their business name is ways different never the same which I continously kept bringing to there attention and the inaccuracies will continue to report but in December this is where they deliberately reported to the CRA that our accounts where not current 30 days late dropping my score 100 points. This a surprise yo me because I have the recipet of the December payment along with my bankvstayement recent proving they received it and yet the next reporting date they deliberately I use this word because if itvwas a mistake obvsioulybwhebbshown proof they would embarrassed delete it applogize and our scores ho back to 750 no not these neglent people no they report  its 60 days payment was maid prior to cut off even got email from a worker saying that just missed it because it fell on a weekend but it counts the date it was issued which was Jan9 the 29th day only after the 31st day may a data further mark it late not prior! I have recordings, bank ststements recipe statements from the company acknlwledging me that I paid with a confirmation k n number how cab they supply and I have all that verifiable proof of payments and they still go ahead and mark it 30 days again on two bureau only Equifax has no late marks because it's accurate. This company is so backwards and miss managed I really wanted to think they made a mistake but after speaking with one of the senior persons in the loan department who didn't e enough know who she was speaking to all recorded said to me over the phone no matter what proof we are not deleting the negative payments!

  When I paid my loan off, they continued to draft monies from me automatically. They said they would send a refund, and the did. In a manner that I cannot negotiate at the bank. Unless I commit fraud at a Bank and open another business account and launder monies because they cannot get it right, it looks like I will never get my money back. I am now on my 4th attempt to get this taken care of, but the company refuses to take my calls "because of COVID." I understand that COVID has created challenges, but at least a call back, or email me to schedule a virtual appointment. Instead NOTHING. They are using COVID as an excuse to avoid resolving problems. Its a shame that they treat their customers so poorly. Don't walk, Run away.

  The purpose and the long of the short is DREAMSPRING NM registered small loan company #00630 (not evenNMLS) that's expired as of today 3/11/201 we will to the full extent of arbitration law in NM vindicate our business and the sanctity of truth of our payment history. We’ve never missed a payment and have out banking and receipts from this scam facility proving so which will work tremendously in our favor during arbitration. We want all negative erroneous negative remarks removed the loan off of the person credit reports and only on the business reports and due to the fact that they not licensed completely dissolve remains of this ever changing never accurately reporting scam company issuing loans! The FRCA 623, 611 and 605B hold present yo this case in in matters of _05B any inaccurate reporting that has been presented as alternate yo what's being reported must be investigated and within 5 days removed if it is not verified or the information is inaccurate these affect our lives it needs to state what is true hense theaw so that it cab be carried out.. DREAMSPRING has neglected to investigate and or rectify this matter even on a goodwill basis fue yo consistent monthly payments we have the statements account numbers and dates I n our system Cfpb board now will review and determine due to DREAMSPRINGs appolish neglect. 5 dsys have sutpassed already we want tgevrdmovsl now off the personal reports and handling the rest of the matter through mediation. There is overwhdmiming evidence in our favor and and we are seeking emotional, punitive and physical damages in the court of NM we are a solely minority owned, WOSB certificate pending ,black and Nicaraguan company company and instead of being you'd good jobs you keep making payments no matter whatvwe,re told the opposite as of today this loan is reporting 90 days late on TransUnion, 60 days late on Experian under an entirely different business name and account number and 0 days huh an accurate reporting on Equifax this is unconstitutional that they feel it's OK to violate our rights this way.  The purpose and the long of the short is DREAMSPRING NM registered small loan company #00630 (not evenNMLS) that's expired as of today 3/11/201 we will to the full extent of arbitration law in NM vindicate our business and the sanctity of truth of our payment history.   I agree with the other reviews. I do not recommend them . Do not use them under any circumstance. They claim to be a non profit, but they do not care to help small businesses succeed. There is a lot of miscommunication and will only see you up for failure. They are not 100 % honest and don't disclose information they should. We were charged a $3000 "community fee" on top of interest , that we were not made aware of. I came even begin to comprehend how a loan officer forgets to made you aware of such "small fee". There is so much miscommunication and lack of communication with them. So do not go to these people. I don't even underatand how they're still operating as a " non profit" .

  DreamSpring process my ppp loan, when other bank was too “busy” to do it for me. Every thing was done online. Fast, responsive. I greatly appreciate it.

  Been waiting on a loan to be approved for over 2 months. They are slow and never return phone calls or emails. I wish I didn't have to waste a hard inquiry on them. Still no communication about the status of the loan. Update: They did call back after this review but just delayed and I never received an approval or denial or even a letter. Just a hard inquiry on my credit.

  Everyone involved in the explanation of the details of the PPP loan and how to apply were very kind, attentive and informative. This took away so much of the stress usually involved in loan applications. Thank you so much!

  Tried working with them during the Covid crisis and no luck had a $1,500 balance with a purchase price of $21,000 when I got the loan. I was hoping they would work with me and give me more time at least 60 days to pay the remaining balance and they decided to just report me and not care about the covid crisis.
