  If you are having any questions at all on who to select for your home purchase, Sheila is 100% the way to go!! Buying a home is normally such a hectic process, but Sheila took all of the stress off of us and put ALL of her energy into closing our house. She had our home ready to close in less than 3 weeks, kept us informed almost daily, and was available seven days a week (almost 24 hours a day) for communication. She came to our closing which is almost unheard of, and even had a house-warming gift. I’ve probably said it a hundred times, but thank you SO much Sheila!   Shelia changed my families life and in the perfect time. Prior to meeting Shelia we had previously purchased a home from out of state sight unseen. After moving in we realized it should have never passed inspection or fha appraisal. 3 outlets in the whole home worked, the hvac didn’t work, the plumbing was corroded and had many issues. We struggled in this home for 5 months before we met Shelia. We were way in over our head In a home without heat during 40 degree nights in the winter you can only imagine the stress I felt for my kids and my family. She was the only lender that even considered trying to help us because we already have an FHA loan and our home was on the market but not sold yet. She assisted me in finding a home she was confident would pass inspection. She kept me informed of everything that was going on. She reassured me almost on a daily basis that everything will work out despite my constant anxiety and feeling doubtful. She continuously went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Above and beyond is even an understatement. She gave our family the gift of warmth, a forever home and a room for each of my kids in the city of laurel exactly where I wanted, right before Christmas. I can’t thank her enough.
