  Moved back here in November, have been using DECU since I moved back. The girls are awesome, customer service is over the top and it's refreshing! They spoil my pup every time he's with me, he knows he's at the bank and he knows they're his friends lol

  I came in here because it's a share branch. Wanted to deposit money into my credit union account in Texas. I forgot my driver's license. I showed her my Federal Veteran's card that has my picture and full name. She refused it saying I needed a signature on the card. I informed her that all I was doing was making a deposit, she didn't even have to give me the balance or anything. I showed her my debit card from that credit union with my signature and my full name. She called her supervisor who told her I needed an ID with a signature. I got my boyfriend to come in and make a deposit into MY account and that was ok. His name is nowhere in my account, for all they know he could be a complete stranger. Is there something wrong with this picture?? Is it the color of my skin? Hmm... Makes you wonder.

  The phone drops are ridiculous. Customer service is fine but if you can't get thru than its pointless. I have been hung up on more times than i can count..

  We truly apologize for the inconvenience! During our Digital Services upgrade, we have been experiencing a higher call volume and have put more Team Members on phones. As an alternative if you have general questions, you could email us at [email protected] (just don't share personal identifiable information like account numbers or social security numbers). We are closely monitoring the phone system and apologize again.

  On hold waiting to speak with someone for over 10 minutes then they dropped my call, called back and on hold again waiting over 9 mins. For someone to answer the phone - poor customer service!
