They are so unbelievably rude but it's the only credit union around so they know they can get away with it.. you just have to put up with their BS.

Did shared banking in Richmond. The manager was absolutely snobby and rude and the employees went along with her. People around town are right about the bank, I will be sure to never use this bank again. What a joke
