  Awesome experience today with Zach. He was very understanding and willing to work with my situation. He even had a 2015 that just came in, which was so much nicer than what I was originally at. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was. I would truly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

  I took my son to Dorsch auto credit. Zack was our salesman and he was so patient even though my son wanted to test drive multiple vehicles. He was happy to help us get in the right car for him. Awesome job. Extremely satisfied!!

  The vehicles they were offering were damaged and needed repair and they were not willing to make the repairs. If I'm spending $12,000 on a vehicle there had better not be any issues with it! So I took my business elsewhere and found a great newer used vehicle with no issues. I will never do business with Dorsch

  I've bought 2 cars from here through the auto credit. I have never had a bad experience with dorsch. They are always very friendly and helpful. If I had an issue with my car they fixed the problem immediately. When I had a medical problem , they put my loan on hold for 2 months until I could return to work. It's the only place I go!

  I'm beyond grateful with Laura in the auto credit dept. I've never had a dealership care about their customers the way Laura/Dorsch have. When I was out of work during the quarentine they were more then understanding with my payments. Now I had to get some work done and they helped me out as well. I cannot say enough good things about Laura. She is very caring and helps put ur mind at ease when things get turned upside down. They r more then willing to work with u no matter the situation u may encounter in ur personal life. Im so humbled to have such an amazing person on my side. Thank you so much 💓

  I bought a car here almost two years ago. I had some questions that needed to be answered regarding my loan. So I went back to the dealership today I spoke with Mike. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Answered every question that I had and even pulled up and printed off the paperwork regarding my loan and showed me where I was confused. I left there with all questions answered. Incidentally, the car that I did purchase 2 years ago has needed only a couple of repairs since I've had it other than regular maintenance. One of the repairs was under warranty when I first got the car and it was fixed properly and without issue at Dorsch Ford on Lineville Road on the west side. This vehicle has never left me stranded nor has it ever not started for me no matter the weather! Any dealership that finances high risk credit individuals is going to be very high in price for the vehicle and the interest is also going to be very high. Know this going into the place. Another very important thing to remember is before you start bashing these types of dealerships take a trip to the dealership that you bought the car from and sit down and talk to them. For the most part these places do not want to repossess your car. It does absolutely no good to do this. As long as you keep in touch with them for whatever reason it will make the journey through the loan repayment process much easier for you. I'm not happy that I had to pay so much for this car with the high interest and all. But when we screw up our credit and have to go this route we have to accept it. Please remember this.

  I fell behind in bills after my neck surgery.so, I was looking at a bad credit dealer to help get back on track. They double the cost of the vehicles and charge a huge interest rate. I could see 3-4 over the value. But 7,000 over the value is shameful. Take a trip to menasha and save yourself some money.

  Dorsch is the only place I’ll get my vehicles from. Matt and Scott are great and work with me often. Their service department is great too and gets me in and out right away.

  Awesome place to get a vehicle. Sales staff are nice and willing to help in any way to get you into the car you want. Within the budget you have.
