  I went to Dorothy as a first time home buyer and having no idea what I was doing. At first Dorothy assured me I would get a good offer on my home loan . She kept telling me to wait until closer to closing so she could offer better terms. But as the closing date neared her offer kept changing with interest and closing rising substantially . It seemed as though she was taking advantage on my inexperience as a home buyer and the fast approaching closing to scare me into unfavorable loan terms, I eventually went shopping with other lenders and got a much better deal. I would caution first time home buyers be careful.

  Dorothy Stevens is the best loan officer I've worked with, she has a lot of knowledge with all different kinds of loans and she found the one that was best for me when I purchased my home! She was easy to get ahold of and communicated very well. She made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my loan all the way through the transaction. She even followed up after I closed to see how I was doing! I was beyond impressed with my experience and I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with a home loan or refinancing on a current home.
