      Our taxes were processed incorrectly so I called to have them corrected. The mistake was an amount owed to the federal government that was totally ludicrous! No one questioned it or called us. After the return was corrected I called to talk to Brent who became very defensive & said he did nothing wrong. Instead of apologizing he became angry with me for even questioning him. We will not be doing business with this office again!

      Incredibly disrespectful as soon as I answered the phone. They deliberately explained to me that I was not worth their time. If you’re looking to be disrespected and waist your time this is the place for you.

      An employee stated my taxes would be anywhere from $75 to $100.00 and got a bill for $150.00. Never received a return call from a simple question. Half wondering, if Donna even knows this happened. I at least got my taxes back but received less than I ever have. Bummer.
