  Was looking for bullion. They only had a few so I said I’ll take all of them. They sold me a FAKE (counterfeit) silver eagle. They obviously don’t check the gold and silver or don’t care.

  We actually do check all bullion that comes in to our shop. You should have come back in to talk to us about this issue as we have always taken care of our customers. We will even test our bullion in front of our customers upon request. We have nothing to hide and do not purposely sell fake bullion.

  I was looking to sell some jewelry and had received a quote from two other places (one in Bonney Lake and the other in Kent). Don‘s Estate Jewelry and Coin gave me an offer that was 70% higher than the other places I looked into. Given what I have learned about selling jewelry and scrap gold prices, this offer seemed more than fair.

  Super friendly staff and very diligent about explaining the whole process of transfer of a firearm I purchased online since it was my first time doing so, will definitely keep coming back, also they have great selection of coins and cool finds. Thanks. A happy customer.

  The first time I ever went there,I went to sell some old Sterling silver.I dealt with one of the owners,sold my stuff,then when I had already started my car to leave,he came up and knocked on my window.He explained that he gave me the wrong amount of money for my scrap.At this point I thought the error was in their favor,but it was in mine and he gave me more money! I always go back now

  This young jerk with brown curly hair that I worked with told my wife her Bulova was fake, also told me my rare coins were worth nothing. Thank you Bellevue rare coins for paying $150 dollars for a coin worth nothing and thank you for buying her FAKE Bulova for $200. Your Customer Service is terrible, I hope one day you learn how to treat customers and if you don’t know ask instead of ASSUme. Thank You I won’t ever return.

  I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience with us as we do strive for outstanding customer service. I am glad you did find someone to help you out with your items. We unfortunately were not able to take the watch as it had a little too much wear on it with some gold plating wearing off, and the employee you worked with didn't notice any rare date coins, however he did offer to have the manager double check everything to make sure he didn't miss something which you declined to do. We do appreciate your feedback and will use this experience to make our business better than before. Regards

  I have spent over $600 in this store and they sold me a playstatio 4. That stopped working 1 month after I bought it. Also they didn't tell me it was modified until after i bought it and it was not the one I had actually put on layaway they switched it after I left the store. I do not recommend going to this store when I brought the ps4 back to see if they could fix it they only did all the same stuff I did at home.

  I'm sorry you are upset about the playstation. We test everything when we take them in and before it goes out to be sold and everything worked great for us and for you for over a month. I'm sorry we can't warranty items that are used and working correctly. And I assure you no one switched any equipment out, the system you purchased is the exact system you received as verified by serial number. We still hope you have a great Holiday and that we can do business in the future.

  Paul is the most rudest condescending cocky line sales associate I’ve came across to in all my 37 years of doing business with various corporations LLCs and soul proprietor ships He is not only fabricated lies to benefit himself but he stole my firearms right out from underneath me because of his lies. I will be contacting the ATf, the B.B.B and authorities.He Is very unprofessional and I do not appreciate his antics when it comes to my firearmsfrom I am in contact with ATF,NRA and my attorneys!

  Im sorry you are upset that you tried to pick up your pawned guns while a bag of marijuana fell out of the box of another item you tried to pawn with us and we couldn't return the firearms to you per the ATF. And that you wanted us to lie to about it when we have the transaction regarding the marijuana on video.

  They low ball really bad for gold offred me 80$ for a 18k 5 gram gold chain. He tryed saying it did not hold at 18 kt more like 14 the only place to have that problem sketchy if you ask me. 3 diffrent cash America's and they called a customer stupid behind his back when he left but treated every white guy with respect
