      Last year Dollar Bank had a bonus offer. (Open checking account and receive $200). My 19 year old daughter was starting college and needed a checking account, she said there were no dollar banks near, but I persuaded her to take the offer. She had an existing direct deposit in the bank but was DENIED the first $100. She was then told they where to DELAY the other $100 until a 1 year with account. At her 1 year anniversary, they told her 30 more days. 1 month later they DENIED her and had a customer person changed the policy to DEFEND their DENIAL. So they pulled the BAIT & SWITCH, plus the 3D's. BEWARE of the BOGUS OFFERS not bonus.

      This isn’t my home bank but this is the branch I visit the most, including today. The staff here is always pleasant to deal with and are very helpful. I wish they all could be like this one. You guys rock!!

      Worst lined ever! Lines are long, customer service slow, & people in offices doing absolutely nothing!!! Dollar banks in more affluent areas much better.
