      I tried to call them all last week. I get the receptionist who tries to transfer me to the person I need to speak to. That person never answers. Today I spoke to Ricky and asked to speak to a supervisor. She then put me on hold and just let me stay there. I am trying to pay off my account. They do not answer phones nor e mails. Horrible company.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY! The website make it seem like it is so easy to apply, but we have been working on this for 2 weeks! This has been the last step for our escrow. Every time we call, we are told that the department we need to speak with is on their lunch, in a meeting, or unavailable. No one calls us back when they say they will and no one sends us the needed links until 3 calls later. Don't trust this company unless you are willing to deal with a massive headache!
