  We just closed on our first house and couldn't be happier! Paul McDaniel was awesome! I googled "mortgage Lynchburg" and based off of his reviews, chose his company. Could not be happier. Paul gets it done! We had no clue as to how to go about buying a house or securing a mortgage. Paul made the mortgage part painless. He has a what I told my fiance is " immense experience ". He knows everything you need to know or do, front to back, back to front. He's also a really nice guy. He showed up to our closing which we thought was awesome! I know people buy houses all the time, but when it's your house, and especially your first house, it's pretty cool when your mortgage guy comes to see you when you close! We couldn't be happier, and will go to Paul McDaniel for our life insurance needs as well...once you buy a home you start to think about that as well. Thanks Paul!!!

  Paul McDaniel proved to be a real asset in finding not just the best deal on a mortgage loan, but also in being a customer advocate through the entire process. Paul worked to understand my family's goals. He essentially held our hands even past the finished line to ensure that we were aware and understood each and every step.   We worked with Paul to buy our first home as well as to refinance our existing mortgage for a better interest rate. We used Diversified Mortgage Brokers based on the recommendation of several friends, including our pastor. Paul is a straight shooter and knows how to get the job done.   I have worked with several mortgage brokers in my life, and I will say Paul was simply the best, he was diligent , and on top of everything the lenders try to throw at us! I didn't think we could pull it off, but we did. He knows what he is doing, and he does find the best rates available. I would recommend Diversified Brokers to anyone who is unsure if they will qualify. If you're not sure if you will qualify don't worry! Paul will show you how you will, and backs it up. Call him it will be the best decision you ever made!

  Paul has handled 3 mortgages for me and been very accommodating to work with which is why he’s the only person I consider when it makes sense to refinance. He’s efficient and stays on top of the details to get to and through closing as smoothly as possible.
