      This credit union dosen't pay dividends. Had an account there for 7 months, and did everything to get it. Complained and they had no idea why. I waited 2 weeks for them to get back to me. They didn't. DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!

      Be very careful! My wife was taken advantage of by being duped into a $1000 prius that Yark sold to her for $7500. Hybrid battery went bad 2 weeks after purchase. Was sold as is so could do nothing about it. We were promised it was a good car. I now know batteries don't die all of a sudden like this. They had signs of battery failure and sold it anyway. CAUTION, CAUTION, CAUTION!

      Courtney U. at the Maumee branch was very helpful, answered my questions, and solved an issue I needed address without any problems. You expect personal relationship at a credit union and I have received every time The missing 5th star is Directions does need to re look at some of their policies on overdrafts, and ATM deposits.

      this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here

      All I can say is that this place is not the place to get a car loan if any dealership says that they have you approved through them I would say no try somewhere else cause if u for some reason get behind more than once they will not work with u and I'm talking only or not even 2 months behind never again will I use these people

      Small credit union feel is gone but still better than banking at top 3 Banks.

      Needed to get cash quick and the ATM was out of service. I’ve never seen a bank ATM out of order
