      First of all, this is not a traditional bank. Directions is a credit union, I will NEVER trust another bank again. It costs me nothing to have an open checking & savings account. I love the Directions app, you can deposits checks by taking pics of them, check your balance & activity, transfer money to another account & more. I have been with this branch for around 7 years & have never had a problem.

      Most awful experience I've ever had.. They allowed another customer to pay her capital one credit card bills from my checking account. When I made this evident... They "corrected it" so that now all of my payments to capital one come from her account... I'd suggest just opening an online checking account with capital one 360. Save yourself the heart ache of dealing with an incompetent bank.

      Every weekend you can not use the bank by phone ok understandable you can do online this the weekend of maintenance on it so you should be able to use phone you would think that everybody does not have access to online but that's not running 29th or 30th so I guess y'all say just wing it uhh irritating

      Not happy about the doors being locked at 340pm on a Tuesday when they close at 5pm. And someone just walked out ahead of me. People have checks that NEED cashed!!
