  Excellent customer service, I love that it’s a small group of employees that get to know you by name and say hello and engage you as a friend. We legit know each other’s stories! They fix things quickly, and their fraud sensors are almost too sensitive when protecting the use of their card. Wish they’d allow $1,000 withdrawals from the ATM but that may come soon hopefully!

  We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this bank since the branch opened years ago. We find everyone helpful. The best is that there isn’t a revolving door with the staff so the people who know us are there whenever we go. We like the online banking as well. What a convenience!

  applied for my new atm card at branch twice over the past seven months dime reps were polite professional and appologized but still no card i dont understand

  I am sick and tired of being locked out of my account. Dime questions you like an out right criminal. I think they forget this MY MONEY! My user id is Je******** I am going to call to a lawyer. Please do not tell me this is for my own protection! Sick of getting that run around!

  The nastiest bank ever! The reps are rude & disrespectful & have yelled at me! There are horrible reviews on yelp. One said they wouldn’t break a $100 bill because the person didn’t have an account with them. Are you kidding me?

  The staff member who open my bank account stole $300 dollars from my account, and your manager didn't do nothing to help at all.
