      The Banking hours are terrible for working customers who need access to their Safe Deposit Box during the weekdays. Yes, the Drive up hours are till 5pm but that doesn't help us get access to our box. Also, the price for rental of a safe deposit box has increased a lot in just the past two years. Why not have the lobby hours open till 6pm for one day during the week? I am not asking for everyday. Make the hours more convenient and available for those who work during the week. Why do working customers need to come on Saturdays just to get access to their box?

      Dime has an knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service and a great daily staff. They have a extended hour drive Tru. I have been with many banks but realized Dime is the missing piece to my puzzle. They accommodate personnel and business accounts, loans and a nice line of credit. Stop searching and bank with Dime.

      Bank is very irresponsible as services are down routinely. Also, staff is not knowledgeable about what they provided. They need a new manager or a whole revamped staff to fix these critical issues.

      Hours open on weekdays, 9am to 4pm, are not conducive to working people to bank there. At least one day to 6pm would be welcome.

      Hello, although our lobby does close at 4pm during the week, our Drive-Up hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and we are also open Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

      The worse ever branch I have ever seen. Lazy workers, inefficient, very unfamiliar with the Dime Bank mortgage system at least, and never answer the bank phone.
