  this bank is absolutely horrible. i signed up for my bank account two months ago and still haven't received my debit card. apparently it got cancelled twice and so i had to order it a third time. on top of that, when i ordered my checks, they told me it was free the first time. but when i received my checks i check my account balance and it was -$18 because the girl who signed me up was new and didn't know what she was doing. That's not all, when i went to the bank to withdraw some cash this morning because i don't have a debit card, their system was down and it took 10 minutes just to withdraw 10 dollars. the bank tellers are all new and don't even know how to cash a check. don't ever sign up for this bank! it will be a waste of your time and money!

  I opened up my Checking Account today and was received by the most pleasant staff and security guard ever and I give all the praises to Ms. Kelly Garcia who shown me what it really takes to be a Relationship Banker Professionalism, Class, Excellent Customer Service Skills and most of all Beautiful all around Thank You Very Much for your Services.

  My dad has been using this bank for more than 30 plus years ,unfortunately he is in a nursing home for more than 5 years and I handle all of his business with his account and the staff has always been great ,even the very nice young lady that is the security guard, ive witness her help the elderly and others ,also Ms Reyes (no relation) is a very nice person ,thanks to all , great job

  I have been banking here for 35+ years. Although the staff changes the quality of the service remains the same. The customer service staff are very Knowledgeable With new product and services.
