  A very good location of the branch, in a lively shopping area. A comfortable facility and friendly staff. Parking can be a problem but this Dime branch is worth the effort. Particularly recommend for all special and complex issues the account manager Sanela Purisic. She is extremely knowledgeable in all banking aspects, a true professional, and a pleasure to deal with. She is the reason for our loyalty to this branch for many years.

  Самый худший банк в Бруклине!! Did they post their own good reviews? This is the WORST. BANK. OUT. THERE. I can't belive that they are still in business. Takes a check an entire months to clear. Made like 5 different mistakes while opening the account. Managers are as incompetent as the employees. Can't even get bank statements. Their online account is a joke that took weeks to set up. And my husband was even advised to close the account after he complained about all the issues-Model management. Closed the account in less than 2 months of pure torture and went to another bank.

  Very welcoming Teller’s and Friendly bankers.Best Bank in my Opinion because the checking Account here requires no Minimum balance. Keep up the good service! 👍🏻

  Being the owner of a retail business on kings highway banking locally is very important to me. The Dime Bank on Kings Highway and East 19th street in Brooklyn is one of the best run banks i have seen. I have been doing business with the Dime for over 18 years and have always found it to be a very well run and neighbor friendly bank. The Bank's new manager Roman and new assistant manager Taziana have been fantastic to work with. They are professional courteous and always willing to go the extra step for the customer. With management like this all the larger banks should be envious.

  My message to the owner: You definitely need to get more people. Your stuff is very nice and helpful but they just physically fail to cope with the flow of people.

  This bank is the slowest bank ever!!! The safe deposit box service sucks! They should just retire some of their old employees already!

  Amazing customer service and fast service. Its a great use for business owner because they do great on keeping track everything and whatever you need they send it right away.
