  Brad was great. He always kept us updated with the loan process and smoothed over any hiccups along the way. Brad really knows his stuff. He has keen finger on the pulse of the market and helped us strike when the iron was the hottest. A real pleasure to work with. In fact, this is the second time I've used Brad in refinancing my home. Each time was the same. GREAT!!
