Ryan was professional, thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were 1st time home buyers so needless to say we had a lot of questions. He was able to lay out our options in a way that was easy to understand and then help us with what made the most sense for our situation.   Robby Rudd and his team are diligent professionals and worked hard throughout our entire process. The FHA appraiser was injured which in turn caused the appraisal be not turned in on a timely manner. Once obtained, Robby and his team worked past normal business hours to ensure our closing would transpire on the scheduled date and time. My wife and I were extremely happy and very appreciative for their services rendered.
