  A year ago I wanted a loan, while working with the service oriented loan officer Maria Chavez the CEO of the branch John Palmer recognized that I qualify for a PPP loan and I was able to get funded just before the program ended. The tellers feel like they are friends unlike the experience I had at Wells Fargo. I am a loyal member and will remain for decades.

  If I could provide a 0 I would. Went to this as a Coop for a loan payoff. Called the day before and had a lengthy conversation about the transaction. They told me that they might not be able to pay off the loan in their system, but they could deposit it into my savings account and then I could follow up with the other bank to complete the pay off. When I got to the bank they completely changed their story and would not help me complete the transaction. Terrible service and I will not conduct business with them again. Get your story straight with customers!

  I love this place. Easiest banking experience I have ever had and the staff will help you with anything you need. If you've just moved to Concord, this should be your second stop after after your apartment. If you have any problems, just talk to Joel. He'll take care of them.

  I used this place as a share branch, the teller put my account number in her system wrong 3 times, locked up my account, had to call my credit union on my phone over speaker with teller at the window to get it unlocked. She then proceeded to tell me no hold on the deposit but put a 3 day hold on it! Money came out of the other account that same day, I’ve had trouble here before. Terrible branch.

  Ive been banking with Diablo Valley since 2008 with checking, saving and had a car loan through them. Never had a problem. Never have to listen to a recording when you call. You get a live body which is a plus.

  This place is so inconsistent, they're my sistering branch I've done totally of 3 separate transaction with no problem! Today the rules Changed!!! I was unable to do any except deposit no withdrawal! Poor customer service Manager, unaware of the bank policy and rules... suckie suckie service
