  its taken 6 months to get a bonded title from them and we still do not have the title they go back n forth with us bad service. Always told Cheryl is busy or in a meeting asked for her direct number and was told she does not have a direct number.They are very unprofessional. We have to buy this vehicle back.

  The WORST experience ever. They keep lying over and over. 6 months and I still don't have the bonds and every time I talk to them, they keep saying "it will be mailed out on this Friday" I've been hearing that for 6 months. I just filed BBB complaint against this scam company.

  I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TITLE COMPANY, SHEILA THE OWNER IS A TOTAL SCAM, I GAVE HER ABOUT 9 TITLES THAT NEEDED TO GET BONDED SHE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND ONLY GAVE ME TWO THE REST SHE SAID SHE MAILED OUT BUT NEVER SHOWED ME PROOF OF THEM EVEN GETTING DONE, WHEN I QUESTION HER WHY SHE SENT THEM OVER THE MAIL (SINCE MY OFFICE IS LOCATED LESS THAN 4 MINUTES FROM HER OFFICE) SHE DIDN'T HAVE A REASONABLE ANSWER, NOW SHE WONT EVEN ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS, TOTAL SCAM I'M TURNING HER IN TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SO SHE CAN GET HER LICENSE TAKEN AWAY....D O N O T D O B U S I N E S S W I T H T H I S P E O P L E ! ! !
