  Effective communication! Professional staff and top notch services. Chelsea is a wonderful and respectful person, who knows the values of her clients! Helped us lower our mortgage rates through refinance. We initially worked with Chelsea to purchase our first home and when we made the decision to refinance, there wasn't any other company we could think of other than Fairway Independent mortgage, why? Because Chelsea is simply the best in the business!!

  Gee, not sure what tech issue happened but my review didn't have any text. Anyhow, what i said was that they have been incredibly professional, kind, helpful to us newbies, and honest. They mage everything so easy and transparent. Susan Briggs has such a positive energy and answered all our questions plus was looking out for us. Couldn't ask for better.

  First time I spoke with John over the phone, he was rude, cold, and like I wasn’t worth his time to talk to. To my surprise, he’s the branch manager. His e-mails had more warmth than he did. I would never ever recommend my friends or colleagues to him. Made me feel like I didn’t make enough in my income, so go find someone else with more human empathy.

  The Fairway team was recommended to us by our agent. We had gotten halfway through with another lender when things started to go south. So many hoops we needed to jump through. We had two weeks left for the original closing date and Fairway had it done with no issue! I highly recommend them. What an awesome team.
