Disappointed in Dependable Title! We are set to close on the 6th. Without speaking to me they scheduled the closing for the 5th. I ask for a different time and they wouldn't do anything. It was the 5th and they didn't even try and accommodate something different, didn't even say they would have to speak with the sellers it was just the 5th. My feeling is Dependable Title does not feel like they serve the buyers and sellers but we have to fit into their schedule. At this point it seems they are not prepared at all, final statements are not even sent out and its 5 days before they expect us to close on the 5th. I would recommend using another title company to get a more effective customer friendly company.
