  Since the inception of my relationship with Denise Wegner and her State Farm office, I have been pleasantly surprised at how effortless she and her staff have handled my insurance needs! I switched my home and autos from another large carrier, and the SF auto prices were more competitive and I am saving significantly on my home for the same coverage! Life happens and insurance is needed. I could not be happier with my choice to go with Denise Wegner. She is an advocate for her customers, and she has certainly made me feel like family. I cannot say enough good things about Denise! What I can say that everyone deserves the kind of customer service with attention to detail and personalization that Denise doles out. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for insurance or even thinking about a competitive price to call Denise Wegner! I am certain that you will NOT be disappointed.

  I’ve been with Denise Werner for 10 years. I have home and multiple cars on my plan. This company is responsible they respond quickly and they take very good care of their customers. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!!

  Denise and her staff are amazing. I been with them for about 15 years now and never had any complaints. Been involved in a couple accidents none which were my fault and they got me up and running as quick as they could. I highly recommend them.

  After 25 years or so of dealing with the same State Farm agent, I suddenly had to find another State Farm agent to replace him due to his ongoing health issues. As I was looking for a new State Farm agent to replace him, I came across Denise Wegner in Frankfort. Denise immediately set up an appointment for us to get together and discuss my insurance needs at my convenience. She even went out of her way to meet me at her office outside of the normal business hours. During our initial meeting Denise even guided me in the right direction to help me straighten out an ongoing claim issue with my previous agent. Denise took the time to listen to all of my concerns and address every last one of them honestly and in a professional manner. After our initial meeting, I immediately started the process of switching over all of my current policies over to her agency. I have several vehicles, a home, and a rental property policy that were all switched over to her agency. Once everything was officially switched over to her agency, Denise called me to set up another meeting to go over all of my current policies. Denise reviewed every one of my current policies in detail and she informed me of what changes should be made and why. She not only corrected the mistakes on my policies from my previous agent, she took the time to explain to me in detail my various options. Denise even discussed with me which type of insurance I was lacking and of course I bought those additional policies from Denise. From my first phone conversion with Denise, I had a good feeling that she was going to be a great State Farm agent. Now I am certain that I made the right decision by choosing her agency over the several other State Farm agents in my area. I consider myself fortunate to have found Denise Wegner, since I have never dealt with an insurance agent as professional, knowledgeable, and considerate as Denise. Thank you.
